How do I run a report that includes an employee's personal information?

I am needing to have last four SS#, Employee name, hire date, term date, 2019 w-2 wages, 2019 wage rate and status all in a report split by employee name. Is there a way to custom report print this?

Appreciate you checking in on this @davidwcamalier. I ran this by one of our Payroll specialists to double check if we offer this type of report or not. 

It appears that there's not one report that will show all of that info. You'll need to find the Employee personal info/hire date/termination date in their Payroll Team profile. Although, you can find their w-2 wages in either the "Tax Forms" section of your Square Payroll Dashboard or make a custom report in History & Reports that show wages for the specific date range. The custom report is called Employee Totals.
