How do I remove a customer's name from the top s screen while in charge mode?

This does not appear to work currently in the iOS app on iOS14. after customer is selected, tapping on customers name (above charge button), pulls up new screen with drop down arrow on RIGHT. That drop down menu only has "Clear Sale" and no way to remove customers name. Please advise.
@vIVe - It shouldn't matter the iOS version on your device, make sure the Square POS app is up to date.
Just tested this on my demo account using Helen's instructions above with no problem. Can you tell me what app version is downloaded?

Can you send a screenshot of your app after you tap the customer's name. I want to see the options you have?

Hmm. This doesn't sound right @vIVe.
