How do I remove a coupon from a feedback response?

How do I remove a coupon from a feedback response? I wanted to change the coupon and thought that adding another would replace the one in error. It did not replace it. To my horror, the coupon was piggybacked right to the one in error, and I cannot remove either of them.

I'm not sure that a coupon can be removed.  you make each one and then send it so I'm not certain what you are saying, so you sent one coupon but entered the wrong amount so then sent another coupon?  

@katieand is it possible to delete a coupon sent thru feedback?

Hey! I'm afraid you can't remove a coupon that has been sent with Square Feedback. I can see how an 'undo' option would help! In the meantime you could send a message to your customer to explain what happened, or enter your contact details so they can reach out to you. Messages sent through feedback are only visible to that specific customer.
