I’ve tried customizing my emails to have my logo but I can’t seem to find the way. I have already tried under the Business section in Branding. The logo is there and it does show up in receipts. When I go to customize an email and I see the dark sidebar on the left (I’ve read elsewhere that it’s a drag and drop method) and it doesn’t do anything when I click on any of the buttons. I am using an iPad, could that be the problem?
I figured out the problem. It turns out the customization of emails is not iPad friendly. I used a desktop and wad able to use my logo. Thanks 🙂
Hello @mandy77777 and thanks for your question. I'm sorry you're having trouble with adding your logo into your emails. Are you composing an email through Square Marketing on your Dashboard? If so, you should see an area where you can change/upload your logo to appear in your email. It looks like this on my dashboard for reference: (note you have to click on the header part of the sample email for the choice to appear to change your logo)

Hi, thank you for your response. I have no problem putting my logo in the marketing or in the receipts. In Communications, where you send the order confirmations and such, is where I can't put my logo.
