Each account is only allowed one debit card, so you can't get a second one.  The only exception is if you have more than one location attached to your account, then you can have one card per location.

As a little work around in the meantime @WilsonsReno78 , you can now put your Square Card on Apple Pay & Google Pay, so you both load it on your phones and could use it that way!
