How do I make sure my new clients receive my email campaign?

So I just activated a "new client" campaign that sends out a welcome email to new clients. How do I ensure they get the email? Do I need to enter their email for a receipt when they check out, or does it go to them when I load their info into my customer database?

You can create a group called New Clients to add all of your new customers to as long as you have added them into your Customer Directory. When customers enter their info for digital receipt, this won't automatically add them to your directory so you'll have to make sure to manually take their information before or during the transaction. Once you've created the group, you'll be able to choose it as your intended audience when finalizing your Email Marketing campaign. A thing to note is that you'll have to then manually take these customers out of the group later so that they don't receive it again when you're sending to the next round of new clients.
