How do I make my printer STOP printing other towing companies invoices?

I have been receiving other towing and Roadside services invoices through my printer for 2 days now. I have worked with HP Resetting my printer, however still printing other businesses receipts from Square. I can not get it to stop! PLEASE HELP!!!

Is your printer connected to your wifi? Have you checked to see which devices are connected to your wifi and booted any you don't recognize?

Since you are getting another companies receipts printed on your printer, have you tried calling the company to see how they are printing on your Receipt printer?   How is your Receipt Printer connected to your system?  WiFi, Bluetooth, Network, USB?  Can you or did you try connecting your printer to your system a different way?  If you are connected via WiFi try Bluetooth or USB?  Since you are stating you tried support from HP, I am guessing that your receipt printer is an HP model.  Is there a way to print through the internet to your printer?  I know I can setup my Epson printers to print from Anywhere I have a internet signal.  The Printer sets up a DDNS that no matter what inter net address you assign the printer it can print from any device you have.  You would not have to be on your own network either.  I set up a DDNS on my epson to print from my cell, and when I moved to  and got a different internet provider, my cell still printed to my printer.  Did you by the printer used that maybe someone else setup the DDNS on the printer you have and now they keep printing to it and it is no fault of Square?  This might need to be a call back to HP to see if the printer you have has this feature and that feature needs to be reset.  I know on my cell I have 4 different printers setup that I can print to no matter where I am, and have already selected my home printer instead of the stores printer by mistake.  Maybe this is how you are getting these invoices and receipts????
