How do I enter the quantity of a product for inventory management?

Hello all, 

I am in the process of entering inventory into system , how do I enter the quantity of a product, such as  36 juices? Also, I am need of product that for credit cards with the chips.

I have followed the instructions for changing the number of each product available in my inventory, but when I come back to that page later, it is saying that all of my items are at 0 again. What am I doing wrong?

@LindseyO I took a look at this for you and Inventory Management updates seem to be working as normal. Was this still happening or were you able to get it sorted out?
