How do I disable items? Documented solution does not work for PoS app

I have an online store. I can remove items/sections from the store, no problem, but the problem is that *every* item I've ever added shows up in the iPhone PoS app. I know I can delete the items, but I don't want to because I want to reactivate them later. The existing help topic says to "disable them in every location", but there's no way to even see a list of all items, and deactivating or removing something on the store page has no effect on the PoS app. Help!

Hi @LandelsPTA!

You'll want to head to your Item Library within your online Dashboard to make these changes. When you select an item, you'll see the Locations section. You can remove any location in which you don't want the item to show. 

What you'll most likely need to do is sign out and then sign back in to the POS app so that the changes update!
