Hello, All! I changed my business name and successfully changed it on my receipts, but the automatic emails that go to customers still have the old business name. I tried changing it in communications/email text alerts. I can edit the emails, but I'm unable to change the business name. Thank you!
hello @HCrystal thanks for your post. Check this setting...
Go to your Dashboard > Marketing > Settings. Scroll down to Text Message, and see the Sender Name section.
If you looking for the name in your email marketing, you have the option to change/edit your business name when you are actually creating the email. Start a new campaign, and go into the email editor. Click on the header, and you'll get an edit popup.
I'm not sure if/how this would update any auto generated email you have setup in Square Marketing. Maybe another seller will have an answer regarding auto-emails. I hope this helped answer your question.
