Hi, I have added team members with their emails but they are not receiving an email to register so they can access the dashboard and other tools. How do I go about this?

In regards to re-sending permission invite emails, you can select the specific Team Member from your Online Dashboard. Once selected, click on Edit Permissions - this will open the following window. You will see an option to resend an invite here:

Would you mind clarifying, @mcmoore2? What screen are you looking at? Are you using the Online Dashboard or are you on a mobile device or app?

Got it! This screen you are viewing is the Edit Permissions tab in lieu of the Team Members tab.

No, this didn't work. When I open my team member's info there is no option to "Edit Permissions."
I have been trying to resend an invite to an employee under Permissions but do not get an option to "Resend Invitation". I have a screenshot but do not have permission to upload images.
@Arcnadius I'm assuming you're the Account Owner, yes? Only the Account Owner can send the invitation. Maybe try switching to a different browser if you haven't yet already... like Chrome. Let us know if it's still not showing!
