How can I verify a customer completed an application for installments?

How can I find out if a customer was denied credit? It if the application was truly submitted?

If your client is approved for Installments through an eligible Square Invoice, you will be paid upfront on your standard Square deposit schedule. If they apply through your web URL, they will receive a digital card they can provide to you directly when they’re ready to pay. However, since financial products like Square Installments are highly regulated, please note that we’re unable to discuss any information regarding customer accounts with you.
