How can I use my Travel Website to add Square payment processing?

I have a travel business and https:// website that I want to give clients making deposits, payments, the option of filling in the information directly as a means of improved security and accuracy of credit card, debit card, numbers.  Is there a process to make this happen.

BTW my website is provided by Passport Online Inc. that supplies travel agency specific content.

Thank you I look forward to a solution.

Hi @RalphTX thanks for posting! Are you wanting to essentially have your customers fill out a form and pay online? The best option you would have here would be to build a custom API build through a developer as we do not have the functionality to do this through the Square Online Store.

If I can get a more detailed example of what you are looking for I may be able to provide better advice.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Hi @AshleyK ,

Thank you for your help, I am now using jotform.com using a simple form for my clients to make deposits, payments, etc. that uses Square encryption. The volume I have now is not worth the ROI for a developer to create an API at this time.

Regards,

Ralph

Hey Ralph,

We use Square invoices as a confirmation for our airport shuttle travelers. It would be ideal if Square had a mechanism to let us add fields and then pull in a CSV file so that we could do a bulk post and pass, but for now I think that I am a sufficiently edge case that we just lumber through it. Our process currently includes entering the information in our database, duplicating a basic template invoice in Square, and then personalize it with the travelers flight details, our expected pickup time, etc.

Using Square this way, allows the traveler to absorb some of the responsibility to make sure we got the details correct. We are really early in this adventure (mother was NOT interested in taking credit cards, but with her passing my brother and I are stumbling our way through trying to figure out how she ran this thing for 24 years, the best we can)

Hi @AceXpress,

Thank you for the feedback, We can only hope that Square will create that functionality in the not too distant future.

I was able to use JotForm a form designing software (very EASY to use) to create a payment form for deposits, final/partial payments, or travel consultation services.

This may help you... not sure www.jotform.com
