How can I determine which customers are opening our marketing campaign emails?

Good question. Open rate doesn't itemize opens. I want to see who does not open emails so I can follow up or remove them from the mailing list.
Hi @essensuals - thanks for your question! Unfortunately, you can't see itemized open rates. However, you can export your customer directory to see who has opted out of campaigns. Hope this helps!
