I have followed the steps to set up the Square KDS and have my POS (square for restaurant version) set up. However, when I "send" an order, nothing appears in the KDS app.
I have previously used a physical STAR printer, so I did try to see if there was an option to add the KDS device under Account > Setup Hardware, but I didn't see anything that looked like it applied.
What step am I missing?!?!
Hey @sawtoothCA. I would go ahead and contact our Support team for this one so they can walk through settings with you and make sure everything can get on track and synced.
