How can I change a refund amount

I entered a partial refund through SimpleTix that goes through square.  I entered 20.00 for the refund.  Because the customer bought 2 tickets at the same time it doubled the amount sent to square once i hit the process button.  So there are 2 refunds at 20.00.  I only want one 20 refund.  What do I do>

Hello @ksand1010, I'm sorry to hear about this.

As @ACAcatering mentioned (thanks!) you can process a refund from your Square account if you need to.  

But it sounds lik you initiated the refund from SimpleTix? If that's the case please contact their support team directly at [email protected].
