How Do I Get Funds Transferred to My Bank After Order is Placed?

We recently published our online store & have started receiving orders.  So far no funds have been transferred into our bank account.  When does the transfer actually occur?  Most of our orders are in either "New" or "In Progress" as the orders are for a program that happens in April.  How do I get those funds to get transferred into our bank account?

You may need to mark the orders as "complete" before they are finalized as transactions. Let me know if you're able to do this and if it fixes your issue. Thank you!
