Hey @jsk746, minds posting some more information about what type of drafts that you are looking for? You can view all of your Invoice drafts right in your Square Dashboard.

I am Having the same issue... I can not find my drafts?
It is not working fo me. I pressed save an the draft is nowhere to be found

Thank you for reaching out. There have been a few updates to the dashboard since this post was last made.
Please go to Invoices > Invoices (within the subtab on the left) > Change the filter at the top to "Drafts" > choose the invoice draft from the menu.
Also, how many invoices is this affecting, was it just one?
I have the same issue and cannot see 2 draft invoices. Search comes up "No invoices in this filter". I went to create another invoice but it wont let me send because there is already an invoice with this reference.

What's going on with the draft invoices ?? I have the exact same issue and what I can see there is this last response from 2020... I did the basic steps that you mention to see draft but it's not working, indeed... I don't think we are just two persons with this problem maybe it should be interesting to inform the community?

There aren't any reported issues about drafts not saving, so there isn't not an update to inform you with. I also created a test invoice, saved it as a draft, and was able to later find it under Drafts.
I recommend reaching out to our CS Team so they investigate further for you.
I was able to find my invoice draft on the website version of square, but not on the mobile app. It’s frustrating and misleading that when you try to access invoices on the website on your phone, it tries to have to go to the app instead, when drafts of invoices are nowhere to be found in the app 🙄

To clarify which app are you using? The invoice app or the standard point of sale app? Either way, the option to view drafts from the app is available on both. Can you try deleting and reinstalling your app? If you still aren't seeing the "draft" can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Thank you!
