This is a very interesting question I have not thought of before. I do not see a way to refund the gift card balances to the purchasers mostly because they are far outside the window of being refundable or many don't even have information to refund, like those purchased with cash. @isabelle do you know who would be best to advise on this and if there is an actionable way to refund outstanding cards if they have a customer linked?
