I need a report of all outstanding gift cards and the numbers? I found the gift card report only shows a "token" does anyone know a way to get the card number?

As this is sensitive information you'll need to contact our Support team directly in order download a report with full gift card numbers. They need to make a change on the back end for your account so that you see card numbers instead of tokens in this report!
Anyone had any success with generating a CSV gift card report that has the actual gift card #'s listed on it vs just tokens? We are using a better POS system now in conjunction with Square and would love to import our old gift card data to work with the new POS... but can't seem to find a way to do that...
A customer presented a gift card with a 0 balance which he said purchased and hasn't been used. I have the gift card number and the Gift Card Token for the Gift card Detail report. How do I cross reference and find original payment transaction?
Hey @janednj have you tried the name it was purchased under or the last 4 digits of the card used? depending on how often you sell a gift card it may be relatively easy to just sort through but I get what you mean when it would be easier to search by token...
