Flat rate shipping options based on region

To preface, I'm using my own shipping instead of the shipping services Square provides. I want to set up my site such that the flat rate shipping cost changes based on region. Specifically, I need the shipping cost for customers in the US to be $10.40 and for international customers to be $30.35. However, on my attempts so far, I've only been able to set it up to have one shipping rate or the other for all customers, regardless of where the product's being shipped to. How do I properly set this up?

HI, you would need to setup your Shipping Profiles, one for US and one for International.

Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, Shipping, scroll down to Shipping Profiles (ex. US Flat Rate)

Hope this helps.

Whenever I tried setting it up like this, it would only let me assign items to one of the two profiles, not both.

HI, once the customer fills out their address, it should then display as International.

Hope this helps.

Right, and as I said, that is not what is happening.

Hi @LilypadVR 👋 Welcome to the Seller Community!

You can definitely setup your shipping rates for the US, and International countries with different flat rates. I checked your account, and it looks like you have everything setup properly. I also tested your live site with the address for the Toronto Zoo, and was able to see the correct rate.

I'm hoping this means you were able to resolve this. If not, were you testing different countries/addresses when you saw the US rate for the Canada address? Can you try testing in a new browser in private or incognito mode?
