Edit Online Store Item Sale Items In Bulk

Is there a way to edit sale prices for items in online store in bulk? In the dashboard, it only loads original prices. Also, when viewing an item on the online store, there should be a feature to click the next product from item view screen instead of exiting to click the next item.

At this time we cannot edit Item sale prices in bulk in the Square Online Store. However, a great workaround would be to download and import items to your Item Library Once you edit your Items, they will sync with the Square Online Store.

Your workaround solution is able to load online sale prices? I notated in my question about using dashboard, but only showing original prices.

Hey @TiffanyNR. We continue to take feedback for our Square Online Store since editing sale prices for items in bulk is still a feature request. You can load sale prices when you import CSV files to your Item Library.

To import or modify Sale Prices on Items, you will need to download our template to make the price changes. @AshleyK  did a great job explaining how you can Import your Item Library here. I also recommend taking a look at this video I found online and our Import Items Online article. 

Importing and Exporting Items can be a little tricky, if you run into any issues my best recommendation is to contact our Customer Service Team via phone so they can walk you through it.

I know how to upload and import items in bulk using Square template. My question is whether you're able to edit prices that show the sale (or maybe I should clarify discounted prices) on the online store. On the weebly square online dashboard, you are able to modify regular prices and input a sale price (discounted) to each item. However, is there a way to modify the items in bulk? 

Here's a screenshot of the "Sale Price" I'm referring to on the online store (weebly). As you can see, the sale price in my screenshot is $1.90. That was manually entered on this item page. However, is there a way to edit and enter sale prices for items in bulk?

I would love to see a feature added to be able to add & remove sale pricing in bulk.  Manually changing sale pricing on hundreds of items is so tedious and time consuming.  And then you have to go and manually remove them all when the sale is over.

If this could be a Bulk Edit option, it would be amazing!

This feature is desperately needed. Trying to update 200+ discounted prices for a 5-day online sale is incredibly time consuming. I was previously using IONOS 1&1 e-commerce solution and they allowed bulk updating of discounted prices and "Compare to" prices. 

Unless this feature looks like it's coming soon, I will have to migrate to yet another provider. 

A 2nd issue here, is it's not made clear in any support documents or on the site that this feature (and others) is not possible. So I've spent hours looking for it and scouring the web to understand how I can implement a sale. I'd prefer clear upfront statements about what is not possible, so I don't spend hours trying to figure out the solution.

AshleyK, there has to be a database behind the scenes that Square is maintaining with our items. When we do a download, it does not include the sales information, but clearly that is also in the database.  All that needs to be done is for that field to also be included in the download and upload option.  It is clear this is a necessity and may cause me to leave the platform as well since creating a short term sale is infeasible with this product as is. Please, I implore you to escalate this as it is a very simple programmatic fix (including an additional field!) that could be done to make your customers happy and keep them. 

Also, I have a retail store and use Square as my POS.  The sales I put online, I can't share with my retail system (even though it is Square!) which means I get customer complaints when they see it less on my site than in my store. This can also be programmatically solved.  Can your team look at this feature as well?

Have there been any advancements in this.  All we are asking is that the download contains ALL the relevant field which we need to manage our items.  It should include sales prices as well as URL's to the pictures we have.  Has anyone discovered how to do this and to allow for an upload yet?  Changing 1300 items manually for my consignment shop is not feasible.

I have a consignment store so each item is unique.  I have about 550 loaded into square right now with photos taken, barcodes printed etc.

I have them categorized (mens and womens basically) but my categories and categorical assignments are NOT transferring to my square online store (website).

Please tell me I do not have to go through each item and click the flipping box!  lol

Hello, I've seen many posts on this topic but I'm still confused.  Weebly allows for image uploads using a CSV file containing a URL field.  This makes me want to confirm, is it possible to import images into Square Online in bulk using a CSV file or a Zip file or by any other means?

Or does Square Online require each product image to be added one by one?  Thanks for any assistance.
