At this time, adding an avatar or profile isn't possible on Square automated emails. I would recommend heading over to the Ideate Boards to see all of the Feature Requests other sellers have been submitting. There you can submit your feature request, add your vote, or comment.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
