@derlissalinas98 Yep, bluetooth must be enabled on your mobile device in order to pair your contactless and chip card reader. There's a step by step guide (and video!) to pairing your reader in our Support Center if you need it!

You only have to sign into the app once, and you only need to pair with the Bluetooth chip reader once. Should be good to go after that.
