you can enter a discount per item before you add the item, or you can apply a discount to all items and then click on each one you want to remove the discount from.
discounts per item are towards the bottom of the item when adding.
to remove a discount from an item click current sale, click the item you want to remove the discount from, uncheck the discount from that item.
