Customer purchased item that was Hidden ?

I had an order for our online store today for an item that is hidden and not available to online customers. It's basically just a button to allow us to add quarters on to a card payment instore for our sticker machine. The person marked the $1 item for pick up instore but provided no info other than an email address and phone number which is not in the US. Since this item has never been available for purchase as it was hidden the link was never shared with anyone I am now worried there maybe some scam going on. Does anyone have any information or experience with anything like this?

HI, Square SEO will populate the item within an online search and Hidden item is still available to purchase.  Unavailable would remove from website and is not available for purchase.

If it was a large amount it would be concerning but at a $1, it may be in error or child(ren), its more of a nuisance, with no intention of completing the transaction.  Give your employees a heads up for the next couple of weeks just in case.
