We recently changed to the register system from an Ipad. Our credit card customers would auto populate their names. This is helpful when we are delivering food to customers and knowing who it goes to. The register system does auto populate the name of the customer. We would love to have that feature back. We have looked for answers here and on the settings, we just don't know what we are missing. It helps so much to have this functionality.

@coffeeatthekyle Make sure you have manually assigned ticket names and not auto assigned where it puts a number. I used to love this feature and use it extensively, but with tap pay and some chips, it just doesn't work enough not to train cashiers to just ask for a name every time. It only worked reliably when you swiped every card by pulling the info off the mag stripe.
