Custom packing slips

The posts I found about this topic are old, and I wanted to know if there's any update. I would like to customize my packing slips. I want to put my return policy on there and generally have a spot for custom text. I want the item prices/total to be on the slip instead of just the number of items. It would be nice to be able to put some punctuation next to "Thanks for your order," also, lol. 

Does anyone know if there are any plans to roll this out? Anyone have a workaround?
