Contactless chip reader green light for payment not active

Hi there I am looking to solve my issue with taking payment. Contactless reader says ready and all paired up however in point of sale, once amount is typed in it doesn't prompt for reader payment. There is not an active green light unless I hit the small button on side of reader which multiple green lights show. And aside from the green light missing it prompts to remove chip card and there isn't a card in the device as well as from POS screen changes to ask for Dip card or type in cc #..  I went through the troubleshooting steps and still receiving this error. Thank you

Your device tells you if it is connected at the very top of screen.

Once you type the amount or select the item, insert the card in reader (it will say "card inserted" under the amount) then swipe the screen with your finger from right to left, which will take you to the signing page,  then click the blue banner at the bottom that says "done signing", it will take you to the choice between email or text receipt screen, follow the prompts and voila.  Hope this helps you

I am facing the same issue go through the troubleshooting steps on google. When I add some item or add custom amount. 

 

1 - Insert my card on the blue screen it says "Card Inserted"

2 - No Green light lit.

3 - If I click the blue tab, take me to the second screen ...  its say taking payment but

4 - I see the error says "Payment Failed Unable to Process Transaction"

 

This is my second time trying the reader and its not working. I m thinking to return it.4IMG_9156.JPG

To ensure this doesn't continue to persist, have you tried reaching out to our Support Team? There are some further troubleshooting steps we can walk through with you, as well as warranty the reader if we need to.
