Is there any way to set the Client Directory to list alphabetically by last name??

@HealingTouch Customers names in the directory are listed alphabetically by first name at this time. You can also search for customers using the search box at the top of the screen, or use the filter option to sort customers by group/visit frequency (and more).

I cannot believe there is no way to view customers by LAST Name!!

This makes NO sense to me.  What office has customers listed by First name?

Absolutely ridiculous.  Very disappointed.  May have to reconsider this service.

It's 2021, and there still is no way to sort by last name.  This is a real PITA!
