Can you update the format of order tickets
We have a small cafe that uses the Square register to print order tickets on sticky receipt paper for the side of the cup during preparation. But the problem is, the default ticket is super long and it contains unneccessary information. And the order ticket stub has no information. I would like to assign what criteria needs to be printed on the order ticket as well as determine the length. Is this possible? How?

HI @kateg!
I'm not certain about Square Register, but I know on the regular Point of Sale there's a way to print each item on a separate ticket. I'm assuming this is a setting available on the Register, but I'm not entirely certain.
On your tablet, go to settings -> hardware -> printers and open up the printer you want the individual tickets on. Under both In Person Order tickets and Online order tickets, there is a toggle for Single Item Per Ticket. You'll still get the usual header and footer though: I don't believe there's a way to disable that.
Hope this helps!
