Is there a way to allow folks to sign up for a particular day, but NOT pick a time? Reason being, is I do real estate photography, and in order to be efficient, I have to wait and see where all the listings are in order to plan a route so I am not driving back and forth all over. First day I tried this, I did 3 listings and put like 300 miles on my truck, when if I plan the day I can easily do 7-8. Even though I have it in several places that the times they pick does not matter, I'm constantly getting questions and pushback when i finally give them a time (but I signed up for xxxx time).

Our Appointments App is designed to lay out your day with a schedule in mind, so there is no great workaround for what you are looking to do.
The only real option would be to have your customers request an appointment and you can manually approve the requests after you map out your routes. When you have done this you can also change the and suggest alternative appointment times.
This option is really the only sort of work around for the way you are intending to use the product. We will definitely pass this to our Appointments Product Team as a Feature Request though.
