Can't run a sales report from iPad
Normally after a craft show I come home and from the Square program run my daily sales report. Once it is up I choose to send it by email to myself. Last night that did not happen. It will not send. I tried sending an email from the iPad to myself and the note went through. Tried the same process of getting the report on another iPad and ran into the same problem of it saying it sent but themail was never recieved. In the many years I have used Square this had not happened. Sent an email to customer support. The reply that I got had NOTHING to do with the question that I asked. Help!

Thank you for your response. Not in spam filter. The reports on the dashboard are not as comprehensive as the ones on the iPad sales report. In those 4 pages I have everything I need. When I go to the dashboard it sometimes is over 10-15 pages. I am VERY disappointed. I have sent email to the help desk at Square but the responses I get have nothing to do with my questions. It is like they are not read.

SUCCESS! I was on the phone for over 2 hours with Spectrum. They finally kicked the problem up to their higher desks. It seems that the problem was the McAfee add-on for Outlook. We disabled the program and now everything is working the way that it should. Sending this along to Square in case the information could be helpful.
