Can an email be generated automatically after an appointment to remind the client to schedule again

An automatic "don't forget to reschedule" reminder email isn't available at this time, but I'll be sure to pass this request over to our Appointments Team.

In the meantime, you might be interested in Square Marketing, which would allow you to send invitations, announcements, and reward emails to select groups of clients.
