I had a customer the other day who was reluctant to claim her loyalty points because she doesn't like getting text messages everytime she makes a purchase at our store... Is there any way to turn that off?

There isn't a way to manage this from the app or your online Square Dashboard, but—if your customer replies to any of the Loyalty text messages with the word "unsubscribe"—they'll be unsubscribed from further notifications.
