I just sent out an email that has an error. I had to hyperlink to get to our website, but the link was broke. Can I edit from my dashboard so once people click it will work? Even if the email went out already?
Hey @NicciMoo2010. Once an email has been sent, there's not a way to go back in and edit any of the info that was included in that email.
I know in the past, some sellers have sent a second email with a subject of something along the lines of "Oops. We made a mistake!" Then you can include the correct information (in your case, link) in that secondary email.
