Can I do a bulk edit on modifiers?

I am currently trying to update the way I offer items. I'm finding it VERY inconvenient to have to select each modifier inside each item to set the default and/or whether it's required or not. Even putting modifiers on items is time consuming. There has to be a way to bulk edit these, whether it's downloading a file to make updates or simply setting it in a "modifier" section where we can assign them to items.
I think this is my last straw with square online because I've dealt with the clunkiness for some time even with the paid version. Seems I'm not getting the same as others pay for other places, because things like this are NOT that difficult to use.

Bulk edits on modifiers?  Nope, with a qualifier.  You can edit a modifier for an item, and then apply it to other items.  But, if you do that, check the other items afterwards. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.  I’m getting ready to drop a long, detailed post into the Super Seller board ( @isabelle ) about some recent, weird issues I’ve had with items, modifiers, and more.  I’m admittedly baffled.

Considering that we rarely modify modifiers or items (I hope) don’t give up.  Fix what you need to fix and trust that others (like a few Super Sellers lime me here) have your back and agree with you.  Item/Modifier management needs either an advisory board or a beta to bulk it up.

Having said that, once your have your modifier lists set up, exporting then fixing then importing your item list is pretty straight-forward.  So all I can offer is some of what you want, but not all.  I can walk you through it if you want/need.

Thanks @TheRealChipA even if it's not what I wanted to hear....LOL! Sorry it's taken so long for me to reply, I forgot I even posted this and just ran across my "notification" in my spam folder.
I know how to download then upload but it's a pain and I hate it. The modifier section need a BIG overhaul because it's so tedious. This is what I would love to do:
1. Have a default sort function, so that when I apply modifiers they are in a specific order and I don't have to go into each item to move them around.
2. Bulk Update in regards to Min/Max requirement. Like all my required items for my shirts need a minimum of 1 selection and a maximum of 1.

3. Bulk Update in regards to Default option. I currently offer 2 brands of shirts, I want it to default to my main brand used.

Also, while I'm at it........I would really appreciate a feature that allows me to keep inventory for shirt sizes and colors as a whole; without having to pay for yet another app extension. I feel as Square/Weebly users we are getting the shaft on features that other sites include in there fee (a fee that is similar to what we already pay). I'm frustrated with the tedious things that can all be done on a bigger level so easy. I spent 10+ years as a programmer and I've written the 12 lines of code in my head 100 times take care of all these issues.
I really hope things get better because the only thing keeping me from switching hosts is the fact I really DO NOT want to enter inventory and picture again! LOL!
