Can I add an expiration date to discounts?

I want to offer my clients a discount if the amount is paid in full by the due date and an additional discount if they pay it 7 days early. Is there a way to set an expiration date on the discounts? Or do I have to remember to go in and manually update the invoices?

There's not a way to add an expiration date to your Discounts. Like you mentioned- you'd have to remember which customers need which discounts and add them manually to their invoices. You could put a blurb in the invoice with some info on when they'd be able to have that discount applied.
