I have somehow created 2 clients of the same person...maybe they paid with a different card and that's how it happened? In any case I want to put all their payment history into 1 client file...is that possible? How would I do that?

Is there any way to merge two tickets at checkout? We often have clients who come in for a service and we run specials where they split the cost.
Example:
bring a friend and split the cost of a wax service
So, during checkout is there a way to merge both of their tickets to split the total?

At this time Ticket Merging isn't possible in Square Appointments. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
