Appointments: Client notes added online don't appear in the Appointments app

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Client notes

 

Recently i transferred to square appointments and transferred my clients notes into the system on my computer which took a few hours. Once I got to work and logged into the app, none of the notes show up in the app. This is very frustrating and inconvenient, I don’t want to have to retransfer the notes for the app version. It doesn’t make sense that I can’t read the notes on both. Is there a way it’s readable through the app and web version?

Hello @kahess09. You're right, at this time the notes you added to your Customer Directory aren't visible in the Clients section of the Appointments app - but we are working on it! 

 

In the meantime you can view notes from the Point of Sale app (tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left > tap Customers) or as you mentioned you could view the full site version of your Appointments Dashboard from your mobile device.

 

We'll update this thread as soon as we have an update on when your notes will also be visible in the Appointments app. Really appreciate your patience in the meantime!
