I am a business owner without any staff. How do I remove the option to choose a staff person when customers are making appointments?
Hello @FashionForward! If you use Appointments as an individual your customers will see the option to book by service or by staff member. There isn't a way to remove the option to book by member of staff at this time.
Can you let me know a bit more about why you'd like to remove this? Is it confusing your customers? I can share your feedback with the Appointments team.
I need this book with staff option removed from online booking as well. It is confusing not sure why it can’t be eliminated. I have hesitated sharing my online booking link to clients because of this and continue to book only on my side.
