App for customers to use for appointment booking

I know I use the ios app "appointments" to control my schedule etc, but what app does a customer use if they're wanting to MAKE appointments with me?

There really isn't an app but when they click on your Booking Site Link, it is very mobile friendly. They will also be able to login with their same number to be able to view, change, or cancel appointments within the time frame you choose.
