Activate New Square Card

Hello! I had just been issued a new card from square, but for some reason the Activation screen is not there. It only wants to still give me the option of getting a new card. Has anyone else had this kind of an issue, for if you had please help me solve this issue?

Hi there, @Pheck2106! Thanks for letting us know about this - so sorry for the trouble!

 

Are you using the Dashboard or mobile app to activate your Square Card? If the Activate Card button is not appearing for you, I would try to using different device (if using App, try with Dashboard, vice-versa). Sometimes our software can orient itself differently on specific devices, which can cause discrepancies from time to time.

 

If that doesn't work, we would recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They will be able to troubleshoot this with you and ensure your card gets activated.
