At Square Online, we have launched a number of features to help you bring a new level of brand expression to your site to enforce your brand, engage customers, and drive conversions.

We are excited to announce the new scrolling marquee section you can now add to your site. Add text to highlight a brand tagline, call out a sale, or emphasize the type of product you sell. You can adjust the font, weight, text direction, and speed of the animation. 

Scrolling marquees allow you to make a dramatic impact on your site that engages your customers and reinforces your brand. 

Add a scrolling marquee to your site in the Square Online website editor > select the page to add a section > add a section > select scrolling text.

@Bea Bea unrelated but still Square Online

Should I give up on Square Online? I have been dealing with Square about this issue for easily one year.

 I cannot have my items Sync, as 80% of my items are by weight, and thus I list all my products on the e-commerce site at $0.00 as the customer pays on delivery.

If it keeps syncing (that means the e-commerce price of $0.00 is also on my Square POS, and there is no way to change the price at the time of pricing it for delivery. How can I solve this?

This below would be the best way but your Sync or Not Sync button does not stop all syncing

My items on my Square e-commerce store should stay there, not sync with my Square POS

My items in my Square POS should stay there and not sync with my Square e-commerce store.

If the Sync button would work properly, on the Square e-commerce store it should not sync anywhere, but on or off currently, it still syncs pricing, etc. 

Is there anyone that has a solution?

Is it actually not possible to have a hyperlink in the scrolling text or have the entire block linked?

Hi @UCBaking.  That capability does not exist in the scrolling text right now.  You can head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Square Online Team.

Are you also going to resurrect <blink>? Then we can really get our geocities websites all tricked out.
