[New] Subscriptions CSV Download Tool

Hi sellers! 👋

It is important for you to have your finger on the pulse of your subscription business! Having the ability to access all of your subscription data allows you to:

• Track how many subscribers you have for each of your plans
• Track how much revenue does each subscription plan generate
• Who subscribes to more than one of your subscription plans 
• How many subscribers of each status (active, cancel) do you have
• Generate a list of emails for all of your subscribers

How it Works

We are pleased to announce that sellers can now download all of their subscription data with one click on the Subscription dashboard! The “Export CSV” button will generate a downloadable CSV (comma separated values) that you open in your preferred spreadsheet (eg. Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) for analysis. 

Please note that the export may not work on very large (> 1,000) numbers of subscriptions. We are working on a more robust version that will handle the larger data sets.

How to get started

There is nothing you need to do to enable this feature! The “Export CSV” button is already enabled on your Subscriptions Dashboard. Just click and a CSV will be generated automatically for download.

Hi @jean_sq can't seem to see the export button on the subscriptions section in the dashboard. Do you know if this is active in the UK yet?

Dear Jean, 

Thank you for passing this along. We use subscriptions for donors to our non-profit org.  The exportable button does not download a report with full subscriber data such as address, email, amount of donation.  It only exports the name and email.  We need the other data to provide them with IRS tax forms.  Is there still work being done to make the export feature more robust in these data terms?  What would you guess the time frame is?

I had a look at my Subscriptions Dashboard and I have the option to export - I'll attach a screenshot below.
