Can't wait for the ability to customize the modifier order on the POS, that was the feature in development I was most looking forward to!

Whomever wrote this blog should look at all the insights first. My integration turn my store on at 1am which resulted in two cancellations. DoorDash points at Square and Square points at DoorDash. No results ever come from either.

Hi there, @Thailaw2023! Thanks for commenting. Would you mind giving me a little more context on what you mean by "look at all the insights first"? I'd love to address that but unsure of the meaning. It also sounds like you are having difficulty with the DoorDash integration which we would like to help you resolve. Have you tried contacting Square Support yet? They should be able to help you with whatever the issue is there. Thank you again for writing!

@Kristin what I meant by insights is all the blog posts. Many of us have had or are having similar issues. I have contacted Square and Door Dash. Gotten case numbers for both and never any follow-up. I gave up. I’m just using what I have at the moment.

@@Kristin I’m curious however, what is the purpose of the hours change in my business location and my Door Dash app? Why doesn’t one affect the other?

I'm not sure why your business hours are affected with the integration and I'm sorry to hear you haven't found a resolution from Square or Doordash. Have you had a chance to troubleshoot using this help article? Step 9 specifically calls out confirming your store hours are correct. I hope this helps!
