Hi, I'd like to know how can I rearrange the order of the items listed under a certain category on my POS. I went on the website and I noticed this: "Manage how items are displayed to customers on your online sites. Items in Point of Sale are organized alphabetically". Does that mean it's not actually possible to organize the items? I hope there is a way because I can't believe a system like Square wouldn't allow such a simple task.   Thanks! ... View more

Square just announced their new Paid Plans but there's a lot of vagueness that I couldn't get answered through Customer Service.  Right now I pay for Square for Retail and Square Online separately! It doesn't make it clear if the new paid plans combine them.  This support page says you can compare your current plan to a new plan and gives instructions on how to, but it doesn't work. We are a sports club that rents out our bar to different groups. When we do this the bar menu and items available for sale are different. For example, when we run the bar we also sell club merchandise and have drink specials but when we rent out the club there is a much simpler list of bar items that can be purchased.   Everyone uses the new Square Terminal we purchased that has a cash drawer.   I figured out how to use Locations to set up different sets of items available, but I can't see how to configure the Team/permissions/etc so that a user could enter a passcode and have the Terminal open in a specified location - the Terminal always opens to the main location. You can change location once you have logged in but you have to be using the main account to do that, which is not what we want.   Any suggestions for how this can be possible?   Note that my question is not related to permissions - I have figured out how to have one set of permissions for the admin and one for our bartenders to use. This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious.
