Good afternoon,
I'm running a monthly report for transactions made exclusively on my POS system. I've done several transactions during this time that had notes entered. I'm not seeing them on any of the report options either on the POS or thru my web account access. Assistance with this would be very much appreciated!

When you go to the Transactions tab in the app or Dashboard, you can use the search to pull up the transaction and view any notes associated with it. From the Dashboard, you also have the option to export your transactions to a CSV file, which makes it easier to review all of that information in one place.
