what would cause my funds to not arrive in my square checking account? sale is confirmed.

I have done a couple of tap to pay sales with the same customer here recently that have went through and I received my money within at least 3 minutes after those purchases were confirmed, But this morning I did another tap to pay sale with the same customer at 5:14 am, est, but it is now 6:43 am ,est. and I still haven't received the payment into my square checking account like I have every other time.... I don't understand why I have done this kind of transaction the exact same way with the exact same customer multiple times previously and it worked perfectly fine but now this one time I do it exactly the same and I don't receive my funds. somebody please help! this was kind of an urgent matter to an extent for the customer and this money not showing up into my account like it had every other time has been very frustrating for the customer and myself as well! I need to resolve this as soon as possible but customer support won't be in for me to call or chat with for another hour and a half or so and my customer doesn't want to wait that long at all! any help would be so amazing and I would be so grateful thank you!
