updated app and appointments & services disappeared

When customers use the Book Now button on my instagram profile, the appointments were not showing up on my Booking calendar. 

 

I updated the app, restarted my phone, and logged out and back into the app. 

 

After doing those three things most of my existing appointments disappeared and my service library went from 10 services to 5. 

 

Is there something else I need to do or do I have to manually input my services and appointments? Extremely frustrated by this.
